Exchanges & returns

If you would like to exchange or return goods, the easiest way is to send us an email with the return request to

shop@kissmykitchen.de.

Because we ship goods from a value of 50, – EUR at our expense, the costs for the return of parcel shipping goods are at your own expense.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email. The items must come back to us in a perfect and unused condition.
